Dodge Repair: 2000 stratus unsolveable issues, turn signal flasher, blower motor resistor

Question
Hi Kevin im so desperately hoping you can help me. I have a 2000 Dodge Stratus 2.5 v6 149k. My issues are as followed: 1. turn signal and hazards work intermittently they will blink then stop and I will have to use them manually I replaced the turn signal flasher with an after market one and it will blink but soon as I push the hazards button it blows the fuse under the hood. 2. My blower motor resistor blew out and I replaced it with a Mopar resistor that lasted about 2 weeks then it blew again. 3. When it rains or when there is any moisture in the air my car will 1 not start or 2 start but will hesitate upon acceleration untill it dries out I guess then it drives perfect. Please help me I have been to so many places to no avail I really need to fix all of these issues. Thanks in advance.

Answer
issue one   I dont know how U yourself can go about it  but u have a  short to ground blowing that fuse.

2 u will need a blower motor due to the shorting out teh resistors.

3 that is something I dont think I can give any help on there are to many different variables involved with it  unless I can see it first hand.
