Question
QUESTION: I have a dodge G. Caravan that had a plug under the seat that somehow came apart and shorted. I have no turn signals, no power locks, ABS light on and the fan blower will not work. Checked every fuse I can see but all appear to be ok. WHAT CA I DO?? HELP

ANSWER: well  u might have shorted out a computer ro 2  cant really tell u unless I look at it myself. The air bag computer would need to be scanned to see what codes are present in there.

QUESTION: within the owners manual it says something about there being a fuse or breaker reset to be done by manufacturer if the following all are failed:turn signals, fan blower, locks, anyone know about this

Answer
yeah its called  a circuit breaker  and it will be under the dash in the junction block  it will be silver and they reset them self. The ones inside the junction block are called PTC POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT fuses  and they are not replaceable nor serviced  u have a few there  one is for the door locks  and airbag   so u might need to replace the junction block.
