Honda Repair: crank no start, glovebox, timing belt

Question
My wifes 2000 civic ex died while driving.  It has 115,000 miles on it.  In the past year she has put on many miles.  It has spark.  It did NOT start with starting fluid.  Battery is good.  Is it likely the timing belt? Repair cost?

Answer
mike this could be several reasons for this such as :
1 distributor is bad (most common)
2 fuel pump is bad
3 worn spark plugs
4 main relay is bad
5 ECU is burned out
You may want to check the distributor first, and then remove the rug on passenger side under the glovebox, there you will find your ecu, turn your ignition and on and count the blinks, that way I will know what code to tell you what the problem could be, Send me a follow up please
