Isuzu Repair: lack of power, egr system, cylinder compression

1996 rodeo would not crank timing belt did not break but replaced it now there is a lack of power all timing marks are lined up like the book said had to spray start fluild in throttle body before it would start still lack of power

Well lack of power could mean several not so good things Mackel. Such as the timing was not correctly done(no offense please) low cylinder compression. Faulty ignition coil/s. Egr system is not functioning properly. bad fuel(like the alcohol they put in some gas to make more money which plugs filters, lowers mpg's and is bad on your fuel system. air filter dirty. air leak at throttle-body or carburetor.
