Isuzu Repair: 95.5 Isuzu Rodeo Blower, isuzu rodeo, isuzu dealership

Question
QUESTION: My isuzu Rodeo blower stop functioning after changing Fuse twice. The last one the fuse didn't blow.So I removed the blower motor. The Blower motor will run if connected directly to 12V.So I check the 12V plug (source)underneath the right dashboard w/a voltmeter. There is no voltage reading. I also check the relay under the hood and swap w/other devices it worked.I check the Fuse terminal no voltage can be detected. What could be the problem w/my wiring? BTW the blower motor when I try to turn it manually it doesn't run freely. Is that normal?

ANSWER: Well one of the resistors could be bad. Or your entire ac/heating instrument board could be bad. Well if the blower will run hooked directly up to 12volts, then you know that is good. So basically your not getting voltage to the panel to the blower motor if i am not mistaken?? I would definately check all my wiring for any black spots or shorts in your wiring. Also if the realy is bad I would look into buying a new panel for your ac/heat okay? If your still confused I would recommend a manual. They are very good when I have ever run into a tight spot such as this and they are very inexpensive.

QUESTION: Sir, where can I find the resistor?

I went to pepboys to buy a service manual for my rodeo but what they have is a general manual for all Isuzu truck. Where can I find that is specific for my Rodeo 95.5? Thank you for the advice

Answer
Well it is probably a 96. Anything past the manufacturimg date of June is considered the next year. Well the resistor(if so equppied on this model) would be postioned behind or near the ac/heating instruments. A manual that will fit your exact year would be best to contact an Isuzu Dealership. Although you will most likely pay an arm and a leg for it, like 40-50 dollars. I will do some research on  this model tonight and try to get you some answers okay? Thank you for your time I know it is a hassle working on these things.
