Land Rover Repair: multiple codes on 99 disco ll, ball joints, p130

Question
Hi John,I just acquired my friends 99 disco ll 177k on it he was not very car knowledgeable and let things go too long here is what;s happening 4 codes keep popping up
1.p1590 trans. cont. module
2.p171 sys. lean rt bank
3.p0455 evaporitive emission leak
4.p130 o2 sensors
seems to have a vibration in drive train need to get this thing from North Carolina to Colorado next week,my thought was to buy some MAF cleaner clean it out maybe do the same with o2 sensors could you point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I would clear the codes, and see how it drives.  If it runs well, drive it to Colorado as it is.  Change the oil first, and check the safety equipment carefully.  Those faults do not sound life threatening but there could be other issues (ball joints, water pump, etc) that are
