Land Rover Repair: 96 Discovery, sudden vibration, rubber block

Question
I have a lot of vibration and it seems to be from the rear. I did notice it starting awhile back and getting worse pretty quick! Right after I pulled a trailer w/ some stumps loaded it got bad. The Discovery has 130,000 of not very hard miles. I did notice the rubber block in the rear drive train is a bit tattered... Will that be enough to make it drive so rough?? Thanks for the help!

Answer
The most likely cause of a sudden vibration in the rear is a failing belt in a tire.  I suggest you check that immediately as they can blow without warning

The tattered rubber coupler can also cause a shake, and that too should be fixed immediately.
