i just had a change oil to my land rover 2days ago,and all of the sudden the check engine light came on.and when i returned to have it check again,the following codes came out of their computer....P1472, P0420, P1477, P1471, P0705.

Each one of those has a diagnostic process associated with it in the workshop manual.  There is unfortunately no single fix for all the issues.  One problem is that we don't know which codes are new, and which are old.  I would clear the codes and drive it a bit; see what returns.  Then look those codes up in the workshop manual and do the tests associated with each.

Most diagnostic codes do not point directly to a single solution.
