Land Rover Repair: 1995 Disco Front Windows Not Working, jumper wire, o2 sensors

Question
John, I'm an ASE Master Tech, out of auto repair for a while, daughter got 95 Disco from aunt, check engine light on, and front and rear windows won't roll down.  I've done the ECU fix that is all over web, and rear windows now work.  But front still don't budge.  I can hear the relay click at the ECU when the front switches are activated but no go.  I'm used to jap cars where simple power from switch right to window motor, not a signal to ECU.  Anything I'm missing on ECU fix or is there another simple fix like a jumper wire (similar to how some proposed rear window fix)?  Also, interested in your info on location of O2 sensors as I think that is why check light is on.  No OBDII port on 1995 I take it?

Answer
You can go to Land Rover's factory service site, buy a day's access, and download the wiring diagram for your Discovery. With that, you can wire around the window ECU and such so the windows just run from the switches.

The o2 sensors are in the catalyst, and there should be a box under the right seat that gives two-digit fault codes if the check engine light is on
