Land Rover Repair: lighting problems, landrover discovery, partial lighting

Question
I own a 1998 Landrover Discovery II. It has 117,000+ miles.
right side park light stays on when the truck is on.
Brake lights stay on when the truck is on.
Left park light will not turn on
Right turning signal will not operate but left will
gear and dash have partial lighting
We have replaced the bulbs,sensors and switches and still lighting will not work. HELP!!!

The lighting circuit in your truck is pretty simple.  The lights receive power from the combination switch, and they can also be flashed by the alarm controller.  One of those things must be sending power to them, or else there is a short in the wiring that's sending power from some other source.

I'd guess the combination switch is the problem because all the symptoms could tie to it.
