Answer
Hi Troy,

could be two issues here:  engine and brakes.

Engine:  could be engine speed sensor or throttle position sensor.  Engine speed sensor is perhaps most important as it is needed for all EMS strategies.  I have had trouble with my TPS and it was very similar to your problem.  LR dealer screwed me by having the ECM replaced - problem came back and that's when they found the problem (duh) = TPS was at fault.

IF the dealer replaced your CKP and you are still having the problem, go back and have them correct it.  Hopefully, you can get some compensation for the CKP install - that did not solve the problem.

As for brake fluid, could be the accumulator precharge - over time there is pressure loss (normal) and you may have to service this.  Could also be an indication of a leak somewhere - air is in the system?  Have the system pressure tested and the fluid replaced.

Best of luck,
JohnMc
