Land Rover Repair: fuel leak, fuel leaks, uv dye

Ref: Landrover Discovery TD5 2002/2003 fuel leak?
         A few months ago I noticed the odd spec of fuel on my driveway and has now resulted to 2 or 3  2" diameter spots in a 12 hour period after use. it appears to come from the rear of the engine above or around the starter motor.

We don't have that motor here in the US, so I can't give you specific advice but I will say that you can almost always find fuel leaks by simply looking at the motor from up above.  Most everything that will leak fuel on the ground is observable from under the bonnet.  If you really struggle to find the source you can put UV dye in the fuel and them look with a black light and glasses for the bright yellow telltales.
