Hello, Mr Robison,
The problem is the 3 amigos. ...but the abs is still working as usual so as i can see there is no problem with this. ...but i'm not sure about that the tc is working or not, would you be so kind to tell me how can i try this? I mean usually i used to hear a special voice when the the tc is on, but now i can't hear anything, but as i can see the car is still handle with roughs and bunkers so i think the 4wheel is working, but i'd like to know for sure.

The only way to answer your question will be to find a shop with a T4 or Autologic diagnostic system and read the fault codes from the SLABS computer.  That's LR's name for the computer that runs ABS, traction control, and some other stuff.  You can't get those faults with a generic scan tool, and there is no other way to know what is happening.
