Land Rover Repair: Land Rover wont turn over!, chassis grounds, starter relay

I have a 1995 Disco.  Today i went to start it and it just didnt do anything, i have installed new battery, plenty of juice, new plugs wires, i just bought a new starter for it what if this doesnt work? what do i do next?

Before you install the starter it would be wise to check to see if there is power on the big cable all the time and power on the solenoid lead when the key is turned to crank.

Also check the engine to chassis ground and the battery to chassis grounds

If the answer to those questions is "yes" then swap the starter.  If there is no power to the solenoid wire look for trouble in the alarn, starter relay, ignition switch, or neutral switch.
