Lexus Repair: running problem for 93 sc 400, fuel compression, fuel components

Question
hey, over the last 5 months I've spent over 3k on a problem still unsolved...My sc4 origionally had 185 k on it, she started stalling while driving, first it wasn't much to ger er goin again...with time it eventually got worse and had to be towed...the mechanic said the engine siezed up while trying to start it and I put a replacement with 81k in her and replaced ;the fuel pump...still stalled after a few days and got worse again...most recently I had the fuel filter replaced because of some bad gas I remembered I put in prior to the engine replacement...(not much but had to pump the gas out through the fuel line or injector line whatever it was by turning the key on and off for about 30 minutes)...anyway the bitch still is doing the same thing...here's a typical scenario...city driving slow speeds ok for about 20 miles...then the first stall...check engine light comes on rpms drop to zip simoultaneously...usually starts back up 1st try...5 miles or so later 2nd stall...may start 1st try or  may take two or three...bottom line is it's much worse after freeway driving when I get on it any...ya know 75...80 or so...it may show  check engine light and drop rpms but usually corrects itself while going without re=start...however, after exiting and driving around on side streets get ready for a succession of stalls and finally it has to sit for half an hour or more b-4 starting again...What the hell is wrong with this car...I was told 93's don't have an engine computer....please help.

Answer
Why haven't any of you checked the check engine light immediately after the car stalls? Jump TE1 & E1 in a dianostic port, turn the key to ON & the check engine light displayes the code. Whatever mechanic you're going to, you need to drop him. Badly...
Get the code & bring it back to me.

Anyway. It takes spark + fuel + compression & everything at the right time to run an engine. I'd be looking into the main ignition & fuel components not attached to the engine. Along with putting a vacuum gauge on it to make sure there are no hidden vacuum leaks.

I digress. It's all trival since I can't be there to test. If that thing goes to stalling & you keep it running BRING ME THE CODE!!!!
I can not tell you that enough!
