Lexus Repair: Changing transmission panel lights for ES 300 1994, changing transmission, jp importz

I have ES 300, 1994. I have to change transmission panel lights which display P,D,N,R, L1, L2. I can't figure out how to open plastic cover to get access.

 You would need a trim tool. This tool will run around $15 at sears.   There are two screws on the cluster, pop the cover out and remove your philip screws.  There are 4 screws hold the custer in place.  From there you would be able to access the bulbs.   Be gently with these plastic, you can break them easily.
