-----Answer-----
HI Shaigon,

Well, not necessarily. I mean there are a lot of things that could be causing this from a MLPS to a broken spring in the valve body and dozens of things in between. The only sure way is to know is to have it scanned and give me the code numbers BEFORE you have anyone work on this. I have a tremendous amount of experience with this transmission and a lot of other trany guys will miss read what those codes mean. Cottman transmissions will scan this for free. 866-cottman for one near you.

Answer
Sure my new friend,

That code is Pressure solenoid "c" in the transmission. This is caused by a broken spring in the valve body. There is an updated one available through a company we use called Sonnex. I would charge about $450 for the repair. I suggest you take it to a Cottman transmission shop and give them all of the information I gave you. 866-cottman for one near you or cottman.com. You can let them know I am the manager of store number 2656 in Las Vegas. This is not widely known as it is a newer phenomenon in later cars. Took me a month to figure it out on a LS in my shop a few months ago.
