Mitsubishi Repair: 2000 Eclipse RS Squealing Noise, belt dressing, timing belt

Question
About 4 weeks ago i bought a 00 RS noticed that they was a squeal/whine to it. I figured it was the timing belt/power steering. So i had my dad to look at it, he said that the belt wasn't the problem. So i started it up and looked and listen to see exactly where the noise is coming from. Sounded to me like it was down near the AC Pulley. I cutted the wheels and noticed that on the right side a wobble motion on the shaft ( not a expert nor a mechanic. ) Yet i am still clueless of the problem.

Answer
Sounds like the noise is coming from a belt on the ac or the pulley on the compressor. First step is with the car turned off try to spin the middle of the compressor by hand if you can the compressor it self is fine if it don't then it needs to be replaced. Do you get cold air? Does this noise happen even when the ac is off? I'm thinking it's the pulley on the ac. I would buy some belt dressing and while the car is running spray it on all belts(not the timing belt) Let me know a update after that, Hope this helps,Kevin
