Mitsubishi Repair: 1991 talon 5 speed, fuel pump relay, volt source

that car won't start i have trying the followeing new fuel pump wiht a new filter, swaped computer i have 3 and are all out of a 1991 talon with the same seral numbers. well last night that car ran fine i was my cas has been buring gas rich so buddy of mine told me to cahge the ox sencer and the plug cause guy who had it befor me had it all riged up. so i rewired it to factoyr setting i was gooign to go cahck the theomo sata cause my car was acting realy funny i was getting heat but not so as i cut those wires i for got to disconect the battery. so now i have a nice ride and it wont start i have spryed gas in the intake it tryis to star off that but not good prussure lol but ya so i was looking a roung 2 day and a guy i know told me there is some kind of fuel pump relay or some kind of reset buttion hidden in the car behind pannels so i looked i caolu not find noe now is it possible that the fuel pump preal is gone cause i am not getting no electrty so fuel pump at all but how ever i am getting power to the fuel gage that is in the tank which is wear but okay so i am going to go out and but a fuel injuctor replay like i said i tryed 2 computers and it is stilldiong same thing can any one help me 2.0 non turbo

On the firewall on the passenger side, there is a fuel pump test connector.  If you have a service manual for your car, you'll be able to find it no problem.  You can hook up a 12 volt source (the battery) to this connector and listen to if the fuel pump turns on.  The fuel pump is located under or near the spare tire in that car.  You can also hook up a 12 volt source directly to that pump to test it there.  If the pump activates, then your problem may be a fuse.  Look in the fuse box near the battery and the fuses located on the positive battery cable.
