Mitsubishi Repair: flasher, fuse block, earler

Question
my blinker broke so that it only flashed right. I got the flasher that needs to go in it to try and fix it but i couldnt find the stupid thing. I saw online that it is apparently behind the vents in the center but umm how exactly do i get back there?

Answer
Kristin: To replace the flasher, remove it from the wiring harness(early models) or remove the console and detach it(later model). This flasher , a square module located in the wiring harness next to the fuse block under the dash(1991 and earler models) or under the front of the console (1992 and later models). You need to go out and buy youself a repair manual for your car, they cost around $20.00 and well worth that money, any parts store would have them. Try to get a Haynes one as it will walk you through what you need to know and it has pictures too. I hope this helps and God bless: Linda
