Motorcycle Repair: 1982 GL1100, master brake cylinder, piston movement

Question
rear brakes i rebuild them new Honda pistons and seals.. Ican move them easy BUT! there not releasing all the way. is there a bleed orifice or someing that maybe not letting the pressure off??
And where is it ..Thanks David

Answer
If you can move the pistons by hand, then the problem lies with the master cylinder.  If not then did you get all of the corrosion cleaned off in the groove where the seals sit?  Sounds like the return orifice is blocked in the master cylinder though.  Don't ride the bike as it will build up pressure through heating as you ride and the rear caliper could seize on and burn your rotor.  Check piston movement in the caliper, overhaul master brake cylinder and you should be all set.
