Motorcycle Repair: jetting?, pumper, allways

QUESTION: I have a 96 s&s with super e carb under hard excelleration it is cutting out and runs flat any help would be great

ANSWER: Has it always run like this or is it somthing new?

It sounds like the pumper is open to far. Close the screw for the pumper and then open it about 1 1/2 turns and go for a ride. If it bogs when you get on it, open it about a 1/4 of a turn and go for another ride. Keep doing this until you get it not to bog. You want the pumper closed as far as possible without bogging the motor
