Motorcycle Repair: float height, viraga, float bowl

Hi what is the carbs float height to be set  at on 1986 yamaha viraga  xv1100s Thank you Perry

-the float is set by checking the fuel level
in the float bowl.

-You connect a clear tube to the drain on
the bowl and run it up vertically beside
the bowl. You then loosen the drain screw
a couple of turns and start the bike.

-The fuel should level out within 1mm or
.039" inch of the line where the bowl
meets the carb body.
