Motorcycle Repair: 1988 Yamaha Warrior 350 Carberator, yamaha warrior 350, carberator

Question
I have an 1988 Yamaha Warrior 350 racing quad. I am having trouble with the carberator. The carberator pours out fuel out of the intake boot into the airbox and out of the drain line on the bowl. What could be my problem?

Answer
Hi Brian, this is an indication that the float needle is sticking or the rubber that was meant to stop the flow of fuel when the float bowl  is full, has become hard and cant stop the fuel flow. Ask your local dealer for a float needle, this should cure what ales your Quad..

Hope this helps!
