How do you change a cluch lever on a 1200 sporster custom  

Answer
Locate the adjuster for the cable. Loosen the cable so you have alot of slack in it. There is a pine holding the lever. At the end of it there is a clip. Remove it and pull the pin out. remove the cable and lever. remove the cable from the lever and install the new one. Install it and put the pin and clip back in. Adjust the cable so you have about 1?8 inch play in it.
