Motorcycle Repair: oil breather kit, hose clamps, oil breather

installing new era air cleaner kit on 2002 XL1200 bought from lickscycle web site. oil breather kit that came with it has breather filter, hose & clamps, breather bolts,gaskets, & some kind of spacers, but no instructions. I don't want to sound stupid but how do I rig this properly using the filter & using the hose connection on back of the air cleaner back plate. (or can I only use one or the other?) i looked at the kit you are talking about and I would think, from looking at the pic, that you would need a T connector. I am not sure how they want you to connect it up, unless I am missing somthing.
I would suggest you call the company and ask for some instructions. If they cant help you ask for the manufactures phone number.
