Motorcycle Repair: 1968 Honda CL77, point gap, electrical problem

I need to know how to set my points on a 1968 Honda CL77.  I took them off while trying to fix a electrical problem I was having.  I made the mistake of not marking where they were set at when I took them off.  I took off the stator cover and can see the markings on it to indicate where to set things at but I don't know what they mean.

I may have specs for the points, but not the procedure for timing and point gap adjustment.
