Nissan Repair: car alarm wont go off, constant power, car alarm

Question
QUESTION: I have a 1995 Nissan maxim and I've unplug the battery and pulled all the fuse and it still going please it is driving me crazy and i need it to turn off

ANSWER: Hi Trey

Can't understand why with the battery disconnected the alarm would be still going. The alarm is powered by the battery. How about pulling the wire right at the alarm? If there is no connector, cut the wire.

Hope this helps -

QUESTION: How would I do that?

Answer
Hi Trey -

Find the location of the alarm horn. There must be a wire connected to it, so disconnect or cut that wire.

The only way the alarm does not shut off is the device is getting constant power. Disconnecting the battery should have done the trick, but since you said you did that already, I am assuming that the system has its own back up power. Once you disconnect the horn, then you can look for the back up power source.

Hope this helps
