QUESTION: Hi Calvin.
yes this is the engine just mine is not the turbo.

ANSWER: Hi Mike -

Non turbo will make it a little easier, although you will still have to remove the intake throats to access the valve covers underneath. This means removal of the accelerator cable, all solenoid connections and related wires and vacuum hoses that are obstructing. Ensure everything that is disconnected is labeled for proper replacement later.

Having the right tools is very important as well. I assume you are doing this yourself? I would assume both 1/4" and 3/8" drive ratchet and socket sets, both deep and shallow sockets, flex head ratchet and extensions, needle nose pliers, good set of screwdrivers to begin with -

Once you get to the valve covers, I think they are held down with 10mm screws, remove them from the outside in (reverse when installing). Clean both contact surfaces (best way to use brake cleaner). When re-installing gasket, I usually put gasket sealer only on the valve cover side to hold the gasket in place while placing on the engine.

Hope this helps
