Nissan Repair: 96 nissan 200sx, nissan 200sx, dash lights

my windows were left down, and it rained in my car and now my radio, a/c, dash lights, windows do not work. i checked the fuses under the dash, and none were blown. any clue what the problem might be?

There is an electrical connector under the driver's seat that has shorted.  Remove the seat and the carpet and dry out the harness.  There is a circuit breaker on the inside of the firewall.  Under the dash on the drivers side that is open due to the short and that is why there are no fuses shorted.  Get the harness dry and you should be fine.
