How do I fix rough idle. Serviced the throttle body which resulted in rough idle. The idle tends to fluctuate up and down.

The throttle body is not to be serviced.  If the solvents have melted away the protective coating it will have to be replaced.  You could check the idle air control valve and see if some debris has blocked the passage.  Also, check the positive crankcase vent valve and see if it is functioning.  You may end up replacing the throttle body.
