Nissan Repair: Hard starting mornings only, cold start, occations

Question
Good morning Sir, I have been in touch with you on previous occations. I drive a Nissan Sani v6 3.0l.In the mornings only the engine really battles to start..Fuel pump pressure fine..no injector leak (holds pressure)..after about ten turns of ignition switch it eventually starts. New battery. What could be the cause of this? Awaiting your expert advice. Thank you.

Answer
Darryl,

I would check the cold start circuit and make sure it is working properly.  Sounds like the car is starving for gas.  If the cold start circuit does not work you will have a difficult time starting the car.  Try carburetor cleaner and see if the car starts right up.  If so, then the cold start circuit is defective.  Usually, the temperature sensor that tells the computer the car is cold is the issue.  This is a different temperature sensor than the one that operates the gauge.
