hope you can help my immobiiser light comes on when driving if i turn the engine off the light goes out and the immobiliser light flashes as usual when the engine is turned on again it comes on for a moment as usual and then goes out then after driving for a couple of miles it comes on again and stays on until i switch the engine off

You need to go to the dealer and get them to read the computer with the Consult III scanner and find the problem.  It could be as easy as the door lock not contacting properly when the vehicle is opened or something like the body control module that reads the sensors.  A scan will tell you what the issue is.  It costs $100 dollars US.  I do not know what dealers in the UK charge for the service.  Remember that the Consult III scanner costs close to $9000 US so they need to get their investment back somehow so they are not sticking it to you for a fee to read the problem.
