QuestionI would like the instructions for changing the front Driver side axle...I need to know what tools are needed...and if there are any parts that I need to get other than the axle itself. Directions step by step would be wonderful...Thank you :)

You will need basic tools, as well as a special large socket to remove the axle nut (I think it is 30MM, maybe larger, as there are several sizes), and a special fork tool to remove the tie rod ends.
I would also recommend replacing both sides.
Loosen the axle bolts center of each wheel
Raise the front end of the vehicle
Remove wheels
Remove brake caliper and mounting
Remove the tie rod joint from the linkage
Remove the strut, or ball joint at the top control arm
Remove the axle nut loosened earlier
Pull the hub out and away while working the axle loose, out of the hub
Remove the axle straight out (it is locked by a C-Clip, so you will need to get a pry bar and "help" it out of the transmission.
It may spill some oil, so place a pan under the transmission.
Installation is reverse of removal
