my car jerks, when I get off the gas it cuts off and loose speed.

When you let off the gas and the car jerks could be the EGR valve sticking open.  Other causes could be the throttle dampner on the throttle body is worn out and needs to be replaced.  Lastly, if jerking is really cutting out it could be the distributor is contaminated with oil.  That is, the optical shutter wheel is coated in oil causing the car to cut out.
