RV Repair: Air Conditioning, duo therm, sensor light

I HAVE A 2004 ZEPPLIN -KEYSTONE 30FEET. THE AIR CONDIONING WILL NOT TURN OFF,IT HAS A DUO-THERM SYSTEM WITH REMOTE.THE ROOF SENSOR LIGHT DOES NOT COME ON(UNIT ON LIGHT) ONCE THE CAMPER IS PLUGED IN TO ITS POWER SUPPLY THE  UNIT COMES ON AND WILL NOT CUT OFF UNTIL THE BREAKER IS FLIPPED. I UNPLUGGED ROOF SENSOR PHONE LINE TYPE PLUG WHILE UNIT IS RUNNING AND MADE NO DIFFERENCE.THE UNIT REALLY COOLS WELL(59 DEGREES BUT JUST WILL NOT STOP COOLING)MODEL-57915.531 PRODUCTION-991731776 SERIAL-40830250

First of all, you should have an owners manual for the A/C that came with your trailer. It sounds to me like it might be the Control Module in the A/C. These are usually under warranty. I would check the manual and see if there is Tech Support you can contact. If not, here are a couple of numbers to call that might be of some assistance to you.
