Nissan Repair: 00 Nissan Pathfinder, pot holes, wd 40

Question
My pathfinder is now making noise from the front driver's side wheel area.  It sounds like a spring?  squeaking when I drive over speedbumps, pot holes, etc.  Does this seem to be a ball joint issue?  How difficult is it to replace/repair?

You can spray the spring and pivot points with WD-40 and see if the noise goes away.  Most of the time it is the strut tower bushing and if it is not that then you are probably looking at the anti-swaybar bushing.  Check it out and email me back after you spray the places indicated.
