Nissan Repair: wiper moter, nissan altima, wiper motor

I have a 99 nissan altima.  I have just removed the wiper motor, but am having trouble removing the nut from the linkage to put on the new motor.

Hold the wiper motor with a rag and use a long wrench or socket and long ratchet.  Two people are usually more effective at this procedure.  The other end of the linkage has a clip and then you can remove the assembly and put it on a bench or table to aid in the removal of the nut.  I bet the nice replacement does not have an arm and you have to transfer the old one to the new motor?  If the nut is rusted and will nto come off there is always the wrecking yard. for a used wiper motor with the arm still attached.  I have done this before too.
