Nissan Repair: Nissan Quest Windshield Washer Nozzle, windshield washer nozzle, nissan quest

The black plastic cover to the nozzle popped off- luckily I heard it and got it before it flew off the car side- it looks like it would pop back on to the plate which holds the nozzle hose coming up from the top grill- however- I would need to get my hand under the plate and that seems impossible.   What is the proper procedure (if any) for repairing this item.

The cown cover needs to come off to get access to the under side to reinstall the part.  If the clips are broken you will need to source a new one or glue yours back.  Super Glue works well since the high carbon plastic does not adhere to plastic model adhesives.
