Nissan Repair: engine dies, nissan pulsar nx, twin cam 16

Question
I just bought a 87 Nissan pulsar nx twin cam 16 valve se . It seems to run for awhile then for no reason die will just completely shut off. Its like there is absolutely no spark or fuel most likely spark the way it dies. Is this a computer problem or something else. The lady we bought it from said the same thing it will run for month or so then poof it will die.

Will the engine start up again right afterwards? Or do you have to wait a while?

I would replace the ignition module, located in the distributor. Its MO is to fail when the engine gets warm, killing the engine. Cahnge that, and you should be fine.
