Nissan Repair: Nissan Patrol carburetor problem, car repair shops, air tubes

Question
My Nissan Patrol 1998 has a problem with the carburetor. The last few months it has been coughing when I drive uphill. Sometimes this has lead to that the car has stopped altogether. This is quite problematic, as there are few car repair shops in the area.

I have tried to fix it through cleaning every possible detail, fix the fuel filter, air filter, fuel pump and the fuel and air tubes etc. Still the problem remains, and I would be very grateful for any help identifying the problem.

Answer
a major complaint in the auto industry is "it loses power going up hills".  under load, the SPARK PLUG is responsible for servicing your motor its correct power and reduce heat that builds up in the chambers.  if you have any sort of plug failure, you will have major problems.  even tho the plugs may cost 10 dollars in total, they are responsible for 100% of the engines proper function.  if you have a 4 cyinder, 1 plug is responsible for 25% of the engines work, even tho the plug may cost 2 dollars and 50 cents.   dont over look the simple things, and also check your vaccum lines for leaks! good luck and let me know your results! xxp_Sebby@yahoo.com
