Nissan Repair: auto transmission, correct hole, nissian

I was changing the filter in the auto. trans.of a 2001 nissian sentra xe with a 1.8l.  There was one longer bolt that was not threaded all the way up like the rest.  When I tried to put it back in there was nothing in the hole to thead to.  I looked in the hole with a flash light and could not see any theads of any kind. what have i done?!

Make sure you have the bolt in the correct hole as they all have a place in the valvebody.  If the bolt does not fit the hole indicated then you will need to fugure out which hole it belongs in.  You cannot run the car with the bolt not being in the valve body.  Last hope is a transmission shop if you cannot figure out which hole it goes in.
