Nissan Repair: A/C switch on dash, nissan sentra, wrecking yard

My 97 Nissan Sentra blows cold air, but not through the vents, only the top of the dash.The switch for the vents does not turn. How could I fix this problem? Thank You.

The system works other than the defrost, vent, floor control.  I would replace the control with one from a wrecking yard.  Or, if things are tight you could reach up under the dash and move the door to the vent position and wedge it in place until you have the opportunity to pick up a new control panel.
