Nissan Repair: 2000 Sentra stalling, fuel filter, throttle body

Question
When the engine is warm and I try to restart it, it will start and immediately stall. Sometimes I drive with one foot on the accelerator and one foot on the brake to keep it from stalling. The idling after warm up is around 500 rpms. It has 85k miles. I was going to change plugs. Is there a way for me to increase idle or do I have to take it to a garage?

Answer
Ed,

It seems like it needs a tuneup and the throttle body cleaned.  Change the fuel filter and air filter along with the plugs, cap and wires and then get a aerosol can of carburetor cleaner and clean the throttle plates and see how it performs.  Email me back with the results or more questions if this does not correct the problem.
