Nissan Repair: air conditioning, nissan maxima gxe, automatic climate control

I have a 92 Nissan Maxima GXE SOC AIr condition will not come on. I checked for freon and it seems to be full. Where do I look next?

If the airconditioner is not coming on and that means the clutch does not click on the compressor then hot wire it to the battery and see if it comes on.  If it does then replace the pressure switch and see if that does the trick.  If not then replace the relay and if that does not do the trick then look at the dash switch.  Wait, if yours has the automatic climate control then the control board is defective.  That is only on the ones with automatic airconditioners and you will need a new control board.  Get one from the wrecking yard as your first choice and if you want new courtesynissan.com is the cheapest way to go for new...
