Nissan Repair: 1987 nissan pickup Z24i, time wiring, nissan pickup

I have a 87 pickup with the Z24i engine. The truck has been sitting for a while and would not start, I could pour a little gas in the throttle body and it will run untill that gas burns out, I pulled the throttle body and the injectors were shot, I got a 89 throttle body but it only has one injector, I tried it and I still get code 43.Is this simply because it doesn't have two injectors or could it be something else ?

The computer is looking for like parts and if one is different it will look different to the computer.  Reference signal has to be the same.  Source another from a wrecking yard that matches or you will spend too much time wiring around your problem.
