Nissan Repair: NEED HELP, nissan maxima gle, nissan maxima

I have a 1995 nissan maxima GLE, with 153k miles.  my check engine light came on recently and i took it  for diagnoses.  The computer read out 7 differnt codes, which are
1.  knock sensor 1 circuit malfunction
2.  02 sensor heater circuit malfunction
3.  shift solenoid A mulfunction
4.  shift solenoid B mulfunction
5.  manufacturer control transmission
6.  pres control sol. A circuit malfunction
7.  transmission fluid temperature sensor circuit malfunction.
i think these are too much codes. the car drives and runs fine.  what do u think i should do.

The transmission needs some help.  I would bet that a fluid change and a reset of the codes should clear the transmission problems if the transmission is not slipping.  That would cause the transmission codes.

I would replace the O2 sensor and the knock sensor as these are known to go out fater ten years.
