Nissan Repair: blower fan (front), blower works, nissan serena

i have a nissan serena 2.3 d  19 .99
the fan( front) dose not work when starting car
but comes on on road .and stays on untill
engine is turned off .when it works it works on all speeds have changed motor but cant find realay.can you help

The blower motor relay is under the dash by the fuses and it is not marked.  I think it is the third one from the door.  You can verify by pulling fuses with the key on and the blower working.  Drive the car until the blower works and then turn the key partiallo off so the blower still runs and start pulling relays until the blower stops and you have found the relay.
