Nissan Repair: No Power 1987 Nissan pathfinder, negative battery cable, nissan pathfinder

I have a good battery, but no power to anything in the vehicle, not even the clock.  when I hook up the battery there is nothing.  We had a cold spell and the pathfinder had to be jumped once, but after that it won't even turn over.  I thought it was the battery, but it is good.  Now I am at a loss.  Any ideas.  Thanks for your time.

Where the positive cable attaches to the battery there are fuse links and fuses.  My bet is these are blown.  That is the first place that everything can be blown.  Check this first and if these are good then the battery cable is defective.  I have not seen that the negative battery cable could be defective unless it is corroded.
