Nissan Repair: Car wont start, nissan sentra, indivdual

It is a 1994 Nissan Sentra 1.6 . When the car was running it would stall for no apparent reason. Then it would start again the next day or i would have to get a jump from someone.Sometimes it will start again,but very rarely. Most times it would stall when I stopped at red lights. I thought it might be electrical but now i replaced the battery and it won't start at all. The lights and radio and everything work . It doesn't even sound like it is trying to turn over and it isn't making any noise when i try to start it. can you give me any advise ? Thanx

To the power side of the battery
there should be two indivdual wires
one is white the other is black
 
Check these 2 wires, for corrosion or breakage..  If corroted they need to be changed.

this is what can cause your car to stall as described above.
